全校教職員工生，大家好：

進入本校校園之車輛，以汽車及自行車為限，除身心障礙者用車及經核准之公務機車外，一般機車、微型電動二輪車及個人行動器具（如電動滑板車、電動獨輪車等）禁入校園。車輛皆應遵守校內交通標誌、標線之指示及相關規定行駛，並請依規定停放於指定區域或車格內。（本校訂有「校園交通管理要點」及「校園交通稽查作業標準」）
本校校園限速20公里，環安衛中心駐警隊將不定時進行測速，超速者予以舉發。有違規情形者，由駐警隊依本校交通管理要點及交通稽查作業標準逕 行勸導、取締、加鎖，或收取清潔維護費，如汽、機車未依規定停放於車格內、未禮讓行人或自行車優先通行、占用身心障礙專用停車位等。
使用外送服務時（Uber Eats、Foodpanda…等），請至校園周邊領取，為維護教職員工生安全，外送人員禁止騎機車或電動機車進入校園。
最後提醒騎乘自行車時切勿使用手機或相關電子產品，騎乘至路口時，敬請減速，確保行人及自身之安全。除法規規定，自行車需有反光片，也建議安裝自行車車燈，提高夜間行車安全。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Only automobiles and bicycles are permitted to enter the campus. Except for vehicles used by persons with disabilities and officially approved service motorcycles, general motorcycles, light electric two-wheelers, and personal mobility devices (such as electric scooters and electric unicycles) are prohibited from entering the campus.
All vehicles must comply with campus traffic signs, markings, and related regulations, and must be parked in designated areas or spaces. (The university has established the “Campus Traffic Management Guidelines” and “Campus Traffic Inspection Standards.”)
The campus speed limit is 20 km/h. The Campus Security Unit will conduct speed checks from time to time, and violators will be reported.
For any violations, the Campus Security Unit will act in accordance with the Traffic Management Guidelines and Inspection Standards, including issuing warnings, citations, locking vehicles, or collecting maintenance fees. Examples include failing to park in designated spaces, not yielding to pedestrians or bicycles, or occupying parking spaces reserved for persons with disabilities.
When using food delivery services (Uber Eats, Foodpanda…), please pick up your order at the campus perimeter. To ensure the safety of faculty, staff, and students, delivery personnel are strictly prohibited from riding motorcycles or electric scooters into the campus.
Lastly, please do not use mobile phones or other electronic devices while riding bicycles. Slow down when approaching intersections to ensure the safety of both pedestrians and yourself.
In addition to the legal requirement that bicycles be equipped with reflectors, it is also recommended to install bicycle lights to enhance safety during nighttime riding.
